For Pink Triangle Press, I created public history placards to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of The Body Politic, one of Canada’s most influential LGBTQI+ magazines of all time. Across ten placards, I showcased some of the most significant themes of the magazine in collage fashion. The power and abundance of the written word was emphasized visually to express how the creators of the magazine understood the importance of writing themselves into existence.
